1. THE THRYVE 7-MINUTE GUARANTEE

At Thryve Spray, we stand behind the effectiveness of our product. We are confident
that Thryve Head Pain Spray will provide relief from hangover headaches within 7
minutes of proper use.

Our Promise: If Thryve Spray does not relieve your hangover headache within 7
minutes of use as directed, you are entitled to a full refund of the product purchase
price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund under our 7-Minute Guarantee, the following conditions must
be met:

1.    Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

2.    Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, receipt, or order number from www.thryvespray.com.

3.    Product Use: The product must have been used as directed on the product label (sublingual application under the tongue).

4.    First-Time Claim: This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer, per household.

5.    Original Purchaser: Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of the product.

3. REFUND DETAILS

3.1 What Is Included in the Refund
Upon approval of your refund claim, you will receive a refund of 100% of the product
purchase price paid at the time of order. 

3.2 What Is Not Included in the Refund

The following charges are non-refundable:

      Original shipping and handling charges

      Return shipping costs (if product return is required)

      Any applicable taxes or duties previously collected

      Gift wrapping or special packaging fees

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund under our 7-Minute Guarantee, please follow these steps:

1.    Contact Customer Service: Email us at refunds@thryvespray.com or use the contact form at www.thryvespray.com/contact with the subject line "7-Minute Guarantee Refund Request."

2.    Provide Required Information: Include your full name, order number or proof of purchase, date of purchase, email address associated with the order, and a brief description of your experience.

3.    Await Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

4.    Receive Your Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

5. PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Important: For refund claims under our 7-Minute Guarantee, product return is generally NOT required. However, we reserve the right to request product return in certain circumstances.

5.1 If Product Return Is Requested

Should we request the product be returned, please follow these instructions:

1.    Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Do not return any product without an RMA number.

2.    Package the product securely in its original packaging if available, or in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit.

3.    Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

4.    Ship the product to the address provided in your RMA confirmation email.

5.    Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number as proof of return.

6.    Returns must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of receiving your RMA number.

Returns should be sent to the address provided in your RMA confirmation. Do not send returns to any other address without authorization.

Products may be returned partially used. We understand that in order to evaluate the product's effectiveness, you must use it. Refunds will not be denied based on the product being opened or partially used.

6. STANDARD RETURN POLICY (NON-GUARANTEE RETURNS)

For returns not related to the 7-Minute Guarantee (e.g., damaged products, wrong items shipped, or change of mind), the following policies apply:

6.1 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6.2 Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will ship the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

6.3 Unopened Product Returns

Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. REFUND PROCESSING

7.1 Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts.

8. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

      Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers

      Products that have been tampered with, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with the product label

      Fraudulent or suspicious claims, as determined by Thryve Spray in its sole discretion

      Multiple claims by the same customer, household, or address

      Claims submitted after the 30-day eligibility period

Continued use of our website or products after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.4 Governing Law
